NourDevs sells digital products — AI prompts, templates, and tools delivered as downloadable files (typically PDF).

Products are delivered instantly after purchase via a download link sent to your email and shown on the confirmation page.

All products are for personal or professional use. You may use them in your own client work and business projects without restriction.

When you buy a product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it.

You may: use the prompts and templates in your own work, modify them for your own use, and share the output you generate with them.

You may not: resell, redistribute, or repackage the product itself, share your download with others, or claim the product as your own creation.

Prices are displayed in USD. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider — we never store your card details.

Due to the digital nature of our products and instant delivery, refunds are generally not provided. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us and we'll resolve it.

If a product is not as described or fails to deliver, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

You're responsible for any information you provide during checkout (name, email, payment details) being accurate.

You agree not to abuse the site — no scraping, reverse-engineering, attempting to bypass paywalls, or disrupting service.

We reserve the right to cancel orders or revoke access if we detect fraud or abuse.

All content on NourDevs — including product files, website copy, designs, and branding — is owned by NourDevs unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the site or products without explicit permission.

Our products are provided as-is. While we test every prompt and template in real work, we can't guarantee specific results — outcomes depend on how you use them and the AI tools you pair them with.

The site is provided without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, though we try our best.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NourDevs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
