Refund Policy
Digital products are tricky, but fairness shouldn't be. Here's exactly when we'll refund and when we can't.
The short version
Our products are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase. Because of this, we generally don't offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.
That said, if something goes wrong on our end — a broken download, a corrupted file, or a product that doesn't match its description — we'll make it right. Every time.
When we'll refund you
Technical issues: if your download link doesn't work and we can't resolve it within 48 hours, you get a full refund.
Corrupted or unreadable files: if the product file is damaged and we can't send you a working replacement, you get a full refund.
Not as described: if the product materially differs from what's promised on its page, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund.
Duplicate charges: if you were charged twice for the same product by mistake, we'll refund the duplicate immediately.
When we can't refund
After download: once you've downloaded the file, we can't take it back, so refunds for change-of-mind aren't possible.
Buyer's remorse: we can't refund because you changed your mind, found a cheaper alternative, or decided you don't need it after buying.
Results: we can't refund based on the results you get using our prompts or templates. Outcomes depend on how you use them and the AI tool you pair them with.
After 14 days: refund requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase generally can't be processed.
How to request a refund
Email hello@nourdevs.com with your order number and a short description of the issue.
We review every request personally — usually within 24 hours on weekdays.
If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. In almost every case, we can resolve the issue faster than your bank can, and directly.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in you being unable to purchase from us in the future.
